"The Bunker" 1981 made for t.v. movie starring Anthony Hopkins as Adolf Hitler. A realistic portrayal of the last days of the third Reich. There is also a young, gorgeous Susan Blakely playing the role of Hitlers mistress Eva Braun.
Very interesting reinactment, you can watch it for free on YouTube, it's about 2.5 hours long.

I tried watching two other "Anthology" Series after watching Twilight Zone. "Monsterland" and "Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities" (On prime and Netflix, respectively). Both pretty much sucked. I like the anthology idea, with stand alone episode of random creepy stories. But these just aren't that good. Even Twilight Zone is mid tier compared to "Black Mirror" which is the best, but still was enjoyable. I just want to amend this opinion. Cabinet of Curiosities actually has some pretty cool episodes. I watched a few more tonight and they were all quite entertaining.

They actually made a marsupial lion/drop bear movie. Just watched it on Prime. It's really not bad at all. Boring for a while in the beginning but pretty cool near the end. The Thylacoleo was done pretty well, not exaggerated too crazily. There's even a heeler that goes toe to toe with the beast.

Just typical monster movie shit, they are what they are. Never masterpieces. For what it is, it wasn't done extremely badly like some are.

Another movie where I thought "hey that was pretty good", and then I look at online reviews and everyone hates it, and has this big list of flaws they write out. I don't disagree with their lists either, that's the funny part. It's always like "well yes that is all true...". This happens to me a lot with a lot of movies. I enjoyed it anyway. It was not perfectly without mistakes or scientifically unsound errors, I just don't really give a shit. Rarely will that factor in to my rating. It was atmospheric and intriguing. Also featured a drill eating someone's face off.

Just watched the Australian movie "The Dish" about how Australian town Parkes received the TV signal for the moon landing during gale-force winds that threatened to derail the plan. Sam O'Neal. It's alright, it's good, and it made me realize I've never properly sat through a full viewing of the moon landing. Now there's YouTube I need to get that sorted.

I just watched Super Mario Brothers at the cinemas today. Actually really fun and good. They're making kids movies better and better, also tapped into some good nostalgia for the parents who grew up playing the games.

Watched this movie just a few days back. The Breed (2006) It is a movie about genetically enhanced dogs that attack tourists in an abandoned island. The movie was actually not half bad. I would argue that it is more entertaining than a good portion movies released within the past ten years. It has a moderate budget product with a B-movie plot. It did have a limited theatrical release. The dogs they use are surprisingly real specimens instead of CGI creatures. The movie was a product of its time. For example, low-rise pants of the 2000s were featured. The fashion could make the movie a bit dated, but Michelle Rodriguez's buttcrack was a great sight. Since people here love feral dogs, this movie could be worth your free time. The movie is cliched, but is overall ok or semi-decent.

Recently watched this- really really fucking weird, kind of equally horrifying and amusing. Made by the same guy who made Midsommar, which is one of my favourite movies. His mother tells him when he was a kid that his dad died when he orgasm'd having sex, and his grandfather as well, so he never orgasms and then at the end he finally has sex with a woman and you see his balls are the size of soccer balls. That's just a small part but it was very funny.

Just watched Transformers rise of the beasts, I thought it was awesome but that might just be me being a huge transformers fan and ignoring the flaws

I was a huge transformers fan when I was a kid, but never got into the live action movies. This movie is still one of the best animated movies ever-
