Lol, I was hoping we could establish some kind of set of criteria, then we could score the dogs in each category and determine a winner. Maybe we should think about that.

What makes for a good snake then? Alright fine I'll help. So when I was thinking of the Collie. I was picturing their impressive *athletic abilities* - they're often seen as one of the 'dogs of choice' for circuits and timed races and can troll around cattle and sheep, *high intelligence* - often regarded as the smartest dog breed, being able to follow more strategical and advanced requests when compared to other dog breeds, *family-friendliness* - respects people, doesn't get into tussles with other dogs as much as other breeds do, + obeys owner at most times, and for their exceptional *herding skills* (do I need to explain?). So what I mean here is that, in short and for example, a Kangal may be a great Guardian dog - no doubt - but it would fall short on said points listed above (circuits, family...).
