I favour Anaconda due to size, one-hit potential, possibly experience and because I'm bias.

I think this would happen:
Are anacondas tougher than pythons?

I think this would happen: Are anacondas tougher than pythons? Anacondas are significantly tougher than pythons. Tbh most pythons in general are quite weak constrictors compared to others like boas.

Anacondas are significantly tougher than pythons. Tbh most pythons in general are quite weak constrictors compared to others like boas. What makes them tougher? "An anaconda is shorter than a python, growing up to 22 feet but weighing in at up to 550lbs. The anaconda is a huge reptile that has a diameter of up to 12 inches; that's massive! The python is longer, but the anaconda is thicker and much heavier Green anacondas are the heaviest snakes in the world. The heaviest anaconda ever recorded was 227 kilograms. This massive snake was 8.43 metres long, with a girth of 1.11 metres." "While the reticulated python is longer, it's also slender. Anacondas are bulky. It's estimated that a 5.2-metre-long anaconda would weigh about the same as a 7.3-metre-long reticulated python." "These two snakes are considered giants. But remember that anacondas are heavier and bulkier while pythons are longer and more agile."

Yep green anacondas are THICK (assuming same length) compared to retics, which would translate to a stronger tougher more robust snake.
At more typical adult weights I might side with the Persian leopard, but at max weights the green anaconda has it, possibly even over most Pantanal jaguar.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. gfycat.com/ripehappycorydorascatfishI don't see a large male (150-200lb) Persian leopard too far behind a jaguar... makes you wonder.

That's why I specificied "Pantanal" jaguar. Don't Pantanal males average around 220 lbs? But jaguars in general, yeah not much in it between them and Persian leopard.

Specifying a 220lb Pantanal jaguar is reaching to me. A 220lb Pantanal jaguar walks all over any snake I'd wager. Perhaps a 120-150lb Mexican jaguar could get caught lacking by a giant anaconda, but a Pantanal jaguar would just eat one.

The snake in that video capture is a baby snake compared to a max Green Anaconda. A jaguar couldn't carry a 400 - 500 lb anaconda like that, a max green anaconda is of far greater dimensions, you'd fit several of those snakes into a giant green anaconda. If a giant anaconda got a good mouth bite onto a Pantanal jaguar I think the jaguar would be at risk. An anaconda like that is a very strong snake and if it gets a good bite should have strength enough to control the Pantanal for coiling.

Average females are around 15.1 ft long and males are around 9.10 ft long so that Anaconda is even on the smaller side for a male.
