Guess I'll start then. First animal that comes to mind is probably Titanoboa. It has been matched up against Megalodon and T-rex for god sake. Need I say more?

There are people who genuinely believe honey badgers are practically invincible animals that can possess a legitimate danger to apex predators.
Chimpanzees get overrated too, especially when people still use Bauman's claim they're ten times stronger than humans.

The mother of all overratedness are chimps and gorillas.
Cheetah I do think is underrated somewhat.
Working/hunting canis familiarius is loads underrated, although not really the pet versions. There's a world of difference between the two that most don't comprehend.
Yeah methane said it, honey badgers can be STUPIDLY overrated. Ah he's got chimps too, yep cause they aren't actually 10-times stronger, they're about 1.5-times stronger than average man p4p, although their maul is a big extra ontop of that which humans don't have.

orcas are overrated and rated just fine, on one hand they absolutely dominate the ocean but on the other, their biggest claim to fame is ganging up on baby/pregnant grey whales and sharks a third their size?

Yet they're being matched up with pitbulls. They're closer to jackals, they're vermin. Are they any better than an Aardwolf FFS? Probably not. |

Cheetahs are overrated on carnivora. Cougar, leopard, english mastiff, dogue de bordeaux, perhaps gray wolf... all of these animals are putting multiple (if not infinite) cheetahs into the ground. Not 2, but 3 or more.
