No it doesn't, it loses miserably in deep water sadly. In shallow water yes, it wins.

If you threw deinosuchus into a sea world's orca cage maybe. Also slightly irrelevant but do you know if seaworld is really that bad?

A killer whale has never dealt with such a large and formidable predator (especially not on its own), but yes I do agree that it'd be hard for Deinosuchus to land a bite in... but if it does then it wins imo. And yes I think SeaWorld is shitty. There's a documentary on them called 'Blackfish', it covers most of the allegations that they've faced throughout their history. You should give it a watch.
