Pariah dog 9/10. They're fighting and killing other dogs for shits and giggles all the time, coyotes also fight readily but they're not surrounded by dogs. Pariah dog vs eastern coyote is 50/50, perhaps in very slight coyote favor.

Of course, some pariah dogs are stronger than others. Your matchup will be very inconsistent in practice. Pariah dogs are anywhere from 20-80lbs. I'm assuming a 50lb pariah dog.

^ Not the be all and end all, but going by this... depth of skull and mandible and condyle width all tend to be indicative of grappling/struggling capacity, and often this does translate favorably in fights. The dingo has more of a "fighter's head".
