Gila monster venom is about as toxic as that of a western diamondback rattlesnake. However, a relatively small amount of venom is introduced in a Gila bite.

Although the bite is rarely life-threatening, symptoms from a Gila monster bite may include swelling, intense burning pain, vomiting, dizziness, weakness, rapid heart rate, and/or low blood pressure.

LD50 (lethal dose) values for its venom as low as 0.4 mg/kg have been recorded when administered intravenously in mice.

I think the sharper-toothed, venomous lizard will win.

I don’t know but the tegu will probably die later, it still technically wins though.

Tegu wins. Gilas basiclaly specialize on eating eggs and just born mammals. Its venom is mostly to dissuade predators rather than kill em. Tegu is larger and thus has the reach to bite first, shake the shit out of the gila and kill it.
Mexican beaded lizard will be a closer battle, but tegu should still crush it and it might be in pain for a few days after that, not sure if gila venom can kill
