Just wanted to note just how huge the Amazonian giant centipede is (shown above the red-headed). Attachments:

Do you guys ever watch "Kings of Pain"? I friggin' love that show. Awhile back they had a Giant African Centipede on there. That was the most terrifying insect that I've ever seen. This thing was 8" long and had about 40 legs on either side! It was a dark brown with a yellow head, yellow legs, and yellow mandibles.
It truly was the insect from hell.

I think the centipede would win due to its durability and superior grappling ability as well as flexibility.

Is the Amazonian giant centipede the king of arthropods? Can anyone defeat it?

One must also take into account that most centipede species inject venom into their foes.

Is the Amazonian giant centipede the king of arthropods? Can anyone defeat it? Maybe emperor scorpion? Six eyed sand spider? Tarantula in its burrow with a lot of web? Caught in a spiderweb I think any arthropod would not have a good time.

Caught in a spiderweb I think any arthropod would not have a good time. The sand spider is 1/24th of the length of the Amazonian giant centipede. The emperor scorpion is also smaller and just isn't as good of a fighter - it would have to latch onto the centipede's head to kill it, which is unlikely, this is because centipedes are very flexible. Also spider webs don't really count as the centipede is immobile. The sand spider's venom is more potent, but the centipede's acts faster iirc. Also we don't know if the sand spider's venom affects centipedes, the symptoms may be completely different as opposed to the ones experienced in humans.

I would say the centipede, it’s very durable, i don’t see a ton of ways that the tarantula could win
