Well both suck, the bigger it is the more overweight it will be and the quicker it will tire. I am sure they enjoy a great power advantage over lots of animals but all are pets with bad footwork and skill, plus they are overweight. But doesn't Bully Kuta and other huge gripping dog breeds share the same problems? Aside from the being overweight part If they get too big, yes to a lesser degree. 200lb BKs for example. Even good big grippers have a bit of proportional decrease. However while the American Bullies are 180lbs and 26" tall a Bully Kutta is 180lbs and 34" tall. Something like that. Height is a big factor in how much a dog can healthily weigh.

I love the concept and largely agree with the scores, but then don't on some. I'll just do mine and then see where we differ. 0-20lbsStaffordshire Bull Terrier (100) (c) Jagdterrier (95) Patterdale Terrier (95) Honey Badger (88) European Badger (85) American Badger (80) Coyote (80) Ocelot (80) Bobcat (78) Side Striped Jackal (75) Caracal (75) Black backed Jackal (73) Canadian Lynx (65) Red Fox (64) What score does Pug get?

While here they are at 97 and 90 respectively in the same range, what changed your mind? carnivora.net/dogs-best-contenders-for-the-different-weight-clas-t7363.html

Well spotted... I think I was more conscientious of how a 100-120 lbs cougar is a rather sub-standard cougar and probably will never be a mature male in the newer ranking, also perhaps being a bit harder on larger dogos in the older ranking as well. But tbh I don't agree with my newer rankings either. The finer details of my perspective are always moving slightly, depends how you are looking at things. The only consistent thing I won't falter from is that the puma's chances increase in correlation with the weight class increasing up over 100 lbs, but I don't believe they reach the tipping point of favouritism until around 130 lbs (when you are talking about good dogs of course).

I also think Presa should have a major debuff from what it's shown here. The original Presa is extinct, all the "Presas" that exist right now are recreations, vast majority being much more similar to Rottweilers than to actual Presas.

Blue heeler vs AWD is an interesting matchup. A staghound definitely beats steppe wolf IMO, snow leopard... ehh. Maybe some.
Maritsane might beat puma, some Galgo Patagonicos could. Same with snow leopard. Those are matchups where it actually entirely depends on the individuals. NW wolf gets trashed.
