Personally I prefer Tyrannosaurs due to their bone-crushing jaws despite their less functional arms.
*To be clear I meant the large Carcharodontosauridae (Giganotosaurus, Tyrannotitan, Mapusaurus, Carcharodontosaurus) and the large Tyrannosauridae (Tarbosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Zhuchengtyrannus). Which one is more impressive?

'Carcharodontosaurs' or Carcharodontosaurus? Anyways, Carcharodontosaurus and others alike had extremely powerful and well-built skulls, possibly being able to lift upwards of 425 kg in their jaws (will post study later). But even so, Tyrannosaurs were just as strong - if not stronger, they're also smarter and have better eyesight. There may be a few exceptions where I'd change the premise, but in most cases the Tyrannosaurs are superior.
