The dogs would definitely control and dominate the bear, but killing it is the problem. 2 dogs could grab its face while the other grabs its nose.

Well the sloth bear is arguably the most difficult opponent lbs for lbs out of all bears, it's proportional robusticity is superior to all other wild carnivorans, and it is adapted to fending off persecution from tigers more than twice it's size, which it succeeds in doing most of the time. Even a mature large male sloth bear is only about 300 lbs, more often 250, and bengal tigers actually give these individuals a wide berth despite themselves weighing 450-500 lbs. They instead mostly target small females weighing around 100-150 lbs.  Even so, tigers have died in failed predation attempts on sloth bears. More often they are just embarrassed.    I think 3 pitbulls could do a number on a small sloth bear, but against a large male it would be an extremely difficult task and I don't think they could get it done. That said, it seems bull terriers and small bulldogs actually were the type of choice used on bears in south asia-  Which is in contrast to medieval Europe where boarhounds were preferred.  Then you have spitz breeds in the arctic, lol-  |

If a female Sloth bear can fend off a bengal tiger, then it can kill three dogs.

Doesn't logically follow. Fending off isn't killing, and dogs and tigers are different. A tiger will certainly kill 3 dogs, I'll give you that without hesitation. But a bear that makes said tiger run away peeing itself? Not necessarily.
