ooohh... this is a tough one... I often complain that Australian wildlife is boring, but with birds of prey this really isn't the case. In just my corner of South East Queensland alone I have seen all of these- Pacific Baza Collared Sparrowhawk Black breasted buzzard Osprey Swamp Harrier Box tail Kite Black Shouldered Kite Letterwing Kite Brahminy Kite Whistling Kite Black Kite Nankeen Kestrel Australian Hobby Falcon Brown Falcon Black Falcon Peregrine Falcon Grey Goshawk Brown Goshawk Boobook Sooty owl Barking owl Masked owl Powerful Owl Little Eagle White bellied sea eagle Wedge Tailed Eagle Many of these aren't even hard to see or rare. My favourites? I guess 1. Brown Goshawk 2. Peregrine Falcon 3. Little Eagle 4. Grey Goshawk 5. Wedge tailed eagle Though that can readily change at any given time. Peregrine was my favourite all through childhood, that's pretty much the only reason it's still there. I think goshawks > Falcons now tbh.

Still thinking @hammerhead Bolushi Hardcastle @ajay oldgreengrolar and etc. 1. Red tailed hawks just seem really cool. 2. Great horned owls are the largest species of owl in my area, the most impressive, and I love their tufts. 3. I like ospreys for their uniqueness and fish-catching ability. 4. Bald eagles for their size, talons, and being so iconic. 5. Turkey vultures for being the only vulture in my area.

These are just made of the ones I’ve seen, so for example: even though I really like great grey owls and they live in parts of Washington, I’ve never seen one so I’m not putting it on this
In no particular order
1. Great horned owl 2. Barred owl 3. Red tail hawk 4. Bald eagle 5. osprey AKA Seahawk 6. Peregrine falcon 7. goshawk 8. Turkey vulture 9. Golden eagle 10. Screech owl
i love birds of prey
