Well I really hope the leopard is 130-140lbs. It won't look very great for the O'Halloran Hound with a max 150lb leopard.
The O'Halloran Hound would overpower the leopard, it would have some problems at such large sizes and could lose at 140lbs. It should be solidly favored at 130lbs though. The idea is big cats get stronger as they get heavier, and eventually strong enough to grapple down a gripping dog. The O'Halloran Hound could be killed at 140lb parity, but I'd strongly bet against that at 130lbs.
140 v 140... rough. I don't know, might favor the leopard... if any dog is going to achieve it, it's an O'Halloran Hound or Bullwolfhound. Perhaps slightly favor O'Halloran Hound.
