The black mamba is longer and faster while the inland taipan has deadlier venom. I’d say the first one to land a bite would win, as is often the case with venomous animal vs venomous animal matches.

Eww Taipan, the black mamba would eat 100s of them- joking
I think the black mamba would edge the IT out though. It appears slightly bigger and better at getting the first hit.

The mamba has the fastest acting venom of any snake.
I also rather be slender and agile as a venomous snake as it makes for more accurate bites, faster reaction time and gives the other snake less openings.
The taipan has the deadlier venom, but the mamba’s will be apparent sooner.
I also favour it over the King cobra because of these reasons.
