Giant constrictor vs giant sea snake, hmm. Tough one but I think the sea snake would be more maneuverable in water and it would manage to win.

Is the sea snake venomous? If so, it would still get constricted to death but it would be a mutual kill.

There seems to be a debate about whether it was venomous or a constrictor but considering it was in the ocean and sea snakes are venomous then venom sounds plausible. I think it may be too big to get constricted, but if it was then yeah it'd be a tie. |

I vote Palaeophis.
It could probably more manoeuvrable in the water as opposed to Titanoboa.
