Giant constrictor vs giant sea snake, hmm. Tough one but I think the sea snake would be more maneuverable in water and it would manage to win. Also @ling who are you?

Is the sea snake venomous? If so, it would still get constricted to death but it would be a mutual kill.

There seems to be a debate about whether it was venomous or a constrictor but considering it was in the ocean and sea snakes are venomous then venom sounds plausible. I think it may be too big to get constricted, but if it was then yeah it'd be a tie.

I vote Palaeophis. It could probably more manoeuvrable in the water as opposed to Titanoboa.
