The word "O'Halloran" isn't used that much tbh. It's just one guys line which actually has many lines and the others seem to work more than "O'Hallorans". The breeder of O'Hallorans is just the only guy who tried to name his dogs so out of convenience I have sort of gone with it. Just know that any "dane x mastiff" is basically this "breed", or if someone says "tyice line" or mentions "cecil tyice" it's basically an O'Halloran. In fact "Dane x" will usually be from the same line, and often "mastiff x" will be too. They'd more accurately be called "Tyice line" than "O'Halloran" because they all descend from him. There's also the "mummery line" we never talk about which were EM x ebt foundation then crossed with whatever. The truth is we're trying to shoe horn these pig dog lines into the "breed" classification system which doesn't really fit, but yeah when people name their dogs they kind of automatically become ambassadors for a line/type. This is true for bull arabs, O'Hallorans, Bullstags, Bully Greys, NQ Bullhounds, etc. Realistically these are just 5 out of thousands of aussie pig dog lineages. Admittedly the bull arab has become a little different because it has grown into being represented by so many lines and breeders.
Anyway, if you look around you will see "O'Hallorans" performing in pig dog videos, but maybe just referred to as dane x or even not referred to as anything. Just pig dogs. Just try and look for the dane appearance and it is probably related to O'Hallorans. Not so many people are crossing show danes into their pig dogs now, dane x usually means descending from cecil tyice's 70s line of pig dogs, which is what an O'halloran is. I know it's kind of annoying because it doesn't match the way we've been conditioned to look at dogs, as distinctive breeds like they are Pokémons. That's how show dogs work but not working dogs.
That said, moving forward I will post any videos or pics I see of tyice line dogs working in this thread.
