Monkeys win (probably, assuming males), but 1 on 1 is a mismatch. A professional fighter vs mandrill/baboon/chimp (even orangutan?) is the equivalent of a gamebred fighting dog vs a tough guard dog. One is an elite professional and the other kind of dabbles in combat but isn't a good fighter compared to its professional counterpart.

Does Johnson use steroids? It doesn't look like it, compared to other fighters who are jacked due to steroids.

Not sure how MMA is much different. How good is Johnson? I seen he has brazilian jui jitsu (excellent wrestling counter) and also is a great wrestler. A deadly combination.

We really underestimate humans, IMO. I think, provided he wasn't skeeved out by the prospect of fighting a disgusting baboon, Demetrious would break all it's limbs and just totally destroy it. The mandrill was always one of my favourite animals, and I think all adult male alpha baboons (with the "protection" role for their social unit) are very effective combatants against carnivorans in particular. I think DJ would totally school one, however. It's not a fun thing to think about humans winning, when you love animals, but they would disappoint us all against a lot of animals

IMO he’s the best

This match up is kind of hard to visualize. Muzzled I think I favour DJ against a large baboon + mandrill. But unmuzzled may be a considerably harder prospect, as while he works on submitting one, the other would maul him possibly forcing him to give up the submission before completing the kill. I could see him defending himself for a long time against them both. But offensively take them both out? I don't know...
If he can get one, he has the other. I imagine to submit and kill the first he'd have to accept an awful (possibly throat) mauling by the free monkey.

I somehow missed that it was two at once. That's kind of silly.

I'm actually not being true to "the rules" here as I'm visualizing a max weight male chacma baboon and mandrill, among the largest and most formidable of the respective monkeys species. But at average male weights I do think DJ would probably win 10/10 times, after all we're talking 70 lb chacma baboon + 50 lb mandrill. But max weights seems like quite a different contest ie 100 lb baboon + 70 lb mandrill. DJ's fighting weight is 135 lbs, considerably but not massively heavier than the max-weight baboon.
