The original male cougar vs male wolf seemed to be pretty agreeable that the cougar wins, but what if it’s a female cougar against a male “lugger” wolf?

The lugger wolf I might give it an advantage if it has a decent size edge, like a 100lbs cougar vs 130lbs lugger wolf, which is the weight difference we're looking at. I still think the female cat has a chance, but the wolf might monster the cat and shut its lights out or grind out a victory and wear the cat out until it's confident enough to engage.

I'm divided on this one and I'm sure I'd give different answers on different days depending on the way my mind is working. Sometimes I'd favour even a eurasian lynx over a wolf, and sometimes I just can't imagine a boss male wolf losing to a female puma. The females often seeming quite demure and bashful... dunno. I honestly do think it would depend on the individuals, and in truth I actually think most fights depend on the individuals. We kind of have to ignore that out of necessity in ava and it is a bit of a cop out but really I think there would be some individual wolfs who would be like "yeah cool story ava analysts, but I am not losing to a damn female puma", and then vice versa with some exceptional female pumas.
