What is that? A gray wolf and french bulldog? I stopped begin serious and started joking when i heard Dale say that a Pitbull would beat 20 Borzois, i knew there was no consensus from there so i started trolling and saying things like "Borzoi = Smaller Irish Wolfhound/Galgo Patagonico", "Borzoi has a bite twice as strong as Pitbull", ect. It's a Borzoi skull on the left and Pug skull on the right. I said the Pug skull was an APBT skull as a joke. I picked up on that, but you need to understand that proposing "borzoi vs pitbull" is as big a troll as anything else you said, or anything else anyone ever said. You trolled hard from the outset, and were met at the apex by the king of trolls. |

Anyways since im getting off topic. Borzoi is far more agile and has a stronger bite than the Pitbull since Dolicephalic dog breeds can have overbites thanks to their extremely long snouts. It would get ugly if the Pitbull latched to it but thanks to it's greater agility and ability to bite back i think it would win with difficulty. You shouldn't think a borzoi would win with difficulty or at all. Lol. Trust me that is crazy. A pitbull could be locked in a room with 20 borzois, open the door an hour later and you will have to clean up 20 borzoi carcasses. Who would you favour in a fight between an hypothethical Borzoi with an ML robusticity % of 100%, the skull of a Smilodon Populator (but slighty modified to give it a canine appereance) and leg muscles the size of concrete blocks and 20 Pitbulls. (Joke) |

Pitbulls crush each other's bones, much more powerful dogs than borzois, and obliterate dogs that would kill a borzoi every day. This is not close. A borzoi cannot hurt a pitbull. The bite force of a Borzoi is twice as strong as that of a Pitbull. Bringing up bite force is the most stupid last result topic in a AvA debate. I’ve said this multiple times but bite force numbers are super inconsistent and unreliable, there’s multiple tests out there and they all have different results. Some dogs do have stronger bites then others but exact numbers are bullshit |

Also don't you guys love arguing that the power of canine jaws is determined by height, not by weight, explaining how Wolves have such huge skulls for their weight? Well. Borzois are 26-28 inches, a Pitbull is 18-21 inches tall. So by your own logic a Borzoi should have a substantially more powerful skull. Not all dog skulls are the same just scaled up or down, just looking at different dogs should tell you this |

On the 2rd message of the thread i also posted an account of a Borzoi killing a Pitbull. My point is. There is no definitive conclusion either way with such a low sample. |
