According to the latest estimates this gigantic ape (the only real Bigfoot) was max barely 300 kgs or 660 lbs, basically as large as a max sized bengal tiger. A grizzly wins comfortably

The grizzly bear wins in my opinion. It has longer claws, thicker skin, and a wider bite.
The silverback gorilla is pound to pound stronger than the gigantopithecus but not as heavy.

Gigantopithecus was 130-150 kg for females, and 200-300 kg for males. The grizzly bear would likely win.

Grizzly wins especially if it's a coastal grizzly that weighs above 300 kg on average. Even the smaller inland grizzly can give it trouble.

Female Gigantopithecus were really "barely" 130-150 kg? That literally puts then in leopard prey range list

It is being said now that an adult male Giganto weighed between 500 and 600 pounds on average. So, I would wager even on an inland grizzly. Average fully grown male Yellowstone grizzly (9 years+) - 470 pounds.
