Height: 16-20" Weight: 30-60lbs Country of Origin: United Kingdom Family: Gripping Dog Type: Bull Terrier Historically a dog used to bait large animals like lions and bears, the more modern usage of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier (SBT) is killing badgers and other small but tough game such as raccoons, nutria and groundhogs. They are generally just some tough scrappy dogs that kill any pests they can find nowadays, and they're bigger than what they were as earth dogs. Rarely do they fall into the standard. Their heads are proportionally quite large, and their jaws exceedingly strong for their size. SBTs are friendly towards humans, but are liable to be a fight-starter amongst other dogs and animals.
