Yeah but it'll have problems dealing damage. Getting a grip and dragging bear into water? Sure. Kodiak bear gripping and mauling it while it occasionally snags it with its conical teeth? Err, not very promising. Where does this fight take place? Make an option for water jackass. I don't think the mauling will do much tbh, the crocodile can tank them easily, while... the crocodile's jaws could seriously harm the bear (if not kill it). And I'm not doing Saltwater crocodile vs Kodiak bear, because the saltie definitely wins on land and in water (not that anyone asked). Conical teeth. A lot of crushing and internal damage, but it'd take like a day or so to be fatal. It's not a shark. Maybe if they traded bites in a turn based match, it would favor the crocodile (it would), but the crocodile isn't going to damage the bear in a split second and it'll have trouble landing anything. Eventually, the bear will have done enough damage to hinder the crocodile's movements, and as the fight goes on the crocodile's lack of stamina would be a big ouchie in the fight.

I think the crocodile's teeth are enough, more than enough. While, yes, they don't have the razor-sharp teeth that could fatally kill large animals instantaneously like sharks have, they do still have large teeth, and a bite force in the thousands of PSI. Once the crocodile gets a grip on the bears throat it's over. It isn't letting go, and while the bear may not bleed aggressively, the windpipe and all the neck bones surrounding it will be crushed (i.e. death).

Things would get even worse if the frog decided to death roll.
