I somehow forgot about that pic from Lycaon but remember a similar one from way back where the boars skull was actually fractured and punctured by a dogo. Likely a big collision at high speed, I would guess. My dad recently showed me on his Facebook (I don't have facebook and he couldn't send a share to me for some reason) a dog and boar colliding so hard I wouldn't be surprised if the boar got a skull fracture (and the dog got smashed in the collision as well, but got up and secured the lug afterwards). Did you somehow save that picture somewhere?

grippingwhitenessI'll post my reply here about Patts and Jagds - There are lines of Jagd and Patterdale that are basically equal, and lines that have more differences. It's hard to call, but the general rule is Jagds are bigger and stronger than a Patt most of the time, with overlap. Patterdales are better for true earth work, going into burrows and dragging out the quarry. A Jagd has higher overall hunting ability. The Pitterpatts exist to deal with badgers more effectively than "pure" Patterdales (and Jagds), and are very good at it. Would kill a Jagd in a fight most likely, but would not outhunt a Jagd. Regular Patts all have bull influence which of course makes them tougher than they would be otherwise, but Jagds do too.

Yeah but he hasn't been around in some time. Also here's the post, as you can see it's just picture icons sadly - I'll have to say by the way, pretend that there were all the images attached there. By adding also what Dale said, quote : "My dad recently showed me on his Facebook (I don't have facebook and he couldn't send a share to me for some reason) a dogo and boar colliding so hard I wouldn't be surprised if the boar got a skull fracture, and the dogo got smashed in the collision as well, but got up and secured the lug afterwards." These things made only by hunting trained dogos, including their extreme aggressiveness and willingness (a thing you DON'T find in pet dogos on mail.ru or chinese sites) they show when they work boars make me clearly say that related to the discussion of some days ago, no volkodav or Alabai on earth is getting out alive from a fight to the death with a hunting trained dogo argentino that has all of this experience at his back. Especially with those 90-100 kg overweight dogs that despite not being as shit as English mastiffs they still run and walk around expressing a lot of goofy and inelegant movements, including very poor stamina. Dogos battle against 100-200+ kg boars, are able to puncture their skulls and lug on them despite colliding at full speed with them or getting trashed around. And you're telling me these slow overweight dogs can perform better than the boars? It's viable on the excessive skin and swollen elbows that they are far from their ideal weight. They also scream very low stamina. Yea...hunting dogo kills these . Pet dogos allegedly losing to this must be real dogshit I'll show you what a real volkodav must look like
