I have over 1000 hours in this game, but I'm thinking of selling it:  Mine's of course isn't graded and shit so it'd probably be worth triple digits instead of quadruple digits. |

I had it for a while on gamepass, it probably does get good at some point but I got bored and stopped playing very early on. Didn't really give it a chance. I've always actually daydreamed about some kind of primal hominid game. I'd like for it to be more like skyrim or something where you choose your hominid and start as a weak juvenile/teenager banished from his tribe and then build up. It could be an awesome game but I'm kind of particular in my mind on how it should be.

So you'd get to experience a wider range of diversity and face different animals and be in different locations and etc. |

But they need to clash. Each should have a distinctive territory in the game, like you venture north into the snow before you run into neanderthals, and you actually have to get to some islands to run into the floresiensis, etc etc. But I'd like for your character to potentially run into all the different hominids. A world where they all exist at the same time. Many potentially did, btw - erectus still existed after heidelberg, denisovan, neanderthal, floresiensis and sapiens came into existence. It is only Habilis and Paranthrops which are stretching reality... I guess I could consider dropping them off the roster.

So I got the game, and I'm loving it so far, but I'm in a annoying situation. I accidentally went too far into a swamp and got nabbed by a crocodile. So when I spawned back in as a different member of the troop I went back to the location to try and rescue the baby that survived the attack, but I died AGAIN. THEN, I tried to use an older male to see if I could intimidate the crocodile and get the kid, but it did the opposite, and the crocodile just ran over to me and chomped me up. Now I have no males in my troop and the baby still needs to be saved lol.

I'm doing better this time around. I've only lost one member, as I accidentally ate meat... when I'm a herbivore, lol, and since I couldn't digest the meat I was just really ill and my health started to go down rapidly. I tried to find some remedies, but while I was looking for some I got bitten by a Green Mamba, which pretty much just sealed my fate. Luckily, that's the only member of my trip that's dead. I really want to find a stick so that I can actually defend myself. (As we speak I'm hiding from an African Rock Python) |

I have 2 kids now, and 2 wives. I have yet to kill something yet... I don't have much longer to live with my current ape as I've been injured a good bit. Will need to switch to another clan member soon.
I was trying to make my way over to the Savanna, but my ape got too scared of the surrounding enemies. But apparently it isn't recommended to leave the rainforest so early on, as it'll effect your evolution.
