Are they really that aggressive or is it exaggerated? I wouldn’t know since I’ve never owned one.

Are they really that aggressive or is it exaggerated? I wouldn’t know since I’ve never owned one. People are stupid and watch the news too much. That's why. We had the same problem with dobies and rotts and gsds, but they were weak as shit so nobody gives 2 fucks plus they didn't have a violent history so they couldn't spin it to make people think they are inherently bad. Pitbulls are one of the friendliest dogs if you are a human. They are one of the most aggressive dogs if you are anything else. They do attack people, many do, but not any more than other dogs. Their human aggression levels are quite minimal compared to other dogs, but many petbulls are unstable and shitty. 99/100 pitbull attacks involve dogs that are not pitbulls, not even ASTs or SBTs. Just not a pitbull at all, like the american bully. Which isn't even in the same family as a pitbull. The government did that so they'd have full coverage when they ban ''pitbulls''. Nobody gives a shit about the bans though depending on where they're banned at. Australia there's no enforcement, many people have them in the country and only the occasional dickhead will call you out on it. America there's enforcement, but they will kill labradors and american bulldogs and etc. in the name of them being ''pitbulls'' even if the owner tells them otherwise. On the same token you can get away with a ''boxer x lab mix''.

Also most airports don't give a shit about bans (Referring to Kate Copa on Quora), they're perfectly fine with a quiet 45lb dog on board. Better than all the other mutts on the plane, lol.

When a Golden retriever bites someone no one cares but when a dog with short hair and a big head bites it’s on the news as a “Pitbull” attack

Definitely won't make it to the statistics, lol.
