Stay up from 4pm - 7am, sleep, eat, rinse and repeat.

Wake up, get dressed and brush teeth, go to school, go to work or the gym (if it’s the football season then practice), go home and do chores, take care of the chickens, do whatever after everyone else goes to bed

Mine is very variable. I work a rotating roster where I do 4 day shifts, then have 4 days off, then do 4 night shifts, then have 4 days off, etc etc. On my day shifts I have to get up at like 5:30 am and get ready to go to work, I'll be at work from like 6:30 am to 7 pm. Then by the time I get home and eat and have a shower I pretty much don't have time for anything else. But I might try and squeeze in an hour of nba2k or something. On my night shifts it's the opposite, I just sleep (or try to) all day and wake up at 5:30 pm to get to work at 6:30 pm to 7am the next day. On my days off I can feel like I'm in "night mode" or "day mode" depending. Generally I'll be walking my dogs either in the morning anywhere between 5:30 am and 8 am, OR afternoon from like 4 pm to 6 pm. Doing stuff with my wife and kids usually during the middle period of the day or maybe at night (we go restaurants and the cinema a lot, and the park, the beach a little). Typically on my days off I will also stay up late drinking and watching movies or gaming while watching/listening to podcasts. It's good if I can get the odd afternoon nap, that's probably my preferred sleeping time.
My job is such that I can basically just fuck around on the internet the whole time so that's a plus, that's really why I do it. Most of the time when I'm on here I'm at work, most, not all (not right now, for example).
