I think the moa would win because its over 200 kg and can kick hard.

Depends. If the Moa gets a kick in it could be over immediately for the dog. But if it doesn't, and thus the dog gets a good grip on the bird then it'll die.

I think a greyhound could win this, if a Dogo got its jaws on this bird it is a wrap very quickly.
Dogos have survived kicks by water buffalo and bulls, I am not concerned about this bird's kicks. The bird running away I am concerned about as the Dogo probably isn't catching it. Dogal would be better suited.
