Yes the tiger is larger, but imo tigers aren't as impressive as other big cats p4p and paired with the fact that this is a female, I favour the Tosa.

Smallest 180lb Sumatran tigress would just grapple down the Tosa and manhandle it at leisure.
If you want results try to find a 200lb Bully Kutta. They're not really meant to be 200lbs but it's kind of OK... it'll need the bulk and power if it wants to get a win. Maybe even an Irish Wolfhound. It'd still lose like 85/100 times. There's something different about tigers, lions and jaguars. And felines in general at these weights that make them hell for dogs to deal with.
