If we didn’t consider the GW’s size I don't think the size different is great enough tbh. Makos are more impressibe than Gws p4p (imo). L Here’s what I’m thinking. That orca with the bitten tail fluke? I wonder if makos target the fins of other large animals. If so, I think one could hypothetically, over time, outflank, possibly outlast due to stamina, and immobilize its larger cousin by biting the fins.

Makos bite off the rear-ends of their prey to immobilise them.

I have to wonder why the shark bit the orca in the first place... Probably out of sheer hunger or for territorial reasons is my guess.

Parotodus aka false mako aka fako was a 9 m sleeker faster otodontid shark that apparently survived into the early Pleistocene! If anything, people should be wondering if the fako shark is still around, not the Meg
