I’m assuming this is specifically in my region as in my state and not my whole country.
In no particular order:
lynx (hehe) wolf birds of prey (owls, hawks, eagles, falcons, any species, many live where I live) cougar otter coyote black bear raccoon Blue jay Wolverine Bobcat Many more, I could go on, too many to name
Some of these live in different parts of my state but they still live in my state so I’m counting it
Grizzlies can sometimes be found in my state but they are super rare

They are extremely rare now, and only exist in certain populations of florida iirc.

I said “in no particular order” That is the first animal to come to your mind. No, wolf and coyote came to mind first, then cougar. I edited it and put Lynx first for the jokes, because “Lynx” is part of my online presence

By region I'm taking it very literally to mean my actual stomping grounds, so animals I can possibly encounter. I'm ommitting some animals who I really like and their distribution map covers my area but I just frankly have never seen any sign of them and I'm skeptical they actually reside here in my little corner in the wild habitat I explore (feral pigs, for example, and scrub cattle). I've actually seen the animals I am mentioning, some extremely rarely (like quolls, and dingoes for that matter) but still I know they are here and have seen them once or twice- These are my top 25 but in no particular order.
Rusa Deer Red deer Fallow deer European Brown Hare Red Fox Dingo Rakali Spotted Tailed Quoll Pheasant Coucal Channel Billed Cuckoo Eastern Koel Pacific Baza Stubble Quail Brown Goshawk Wedge Tailed Eagle White Bellied Sea Eagle Brahminy Kite Powerful Owl QLD Lungfish Murray Cod Australian Bass Marsh Frog Green Tree frog Spiny Crayfish

I recall going through a lynx phase at some point.
