Lol Even amongst hunters and people who work with animals... if they aren't analyzing them in an AvA context they will be pretty dumb. I saw a thread on a hunting forum, pitbull vs bobcat. Some of them were even dog guys, most were general Texas hunting guys with bows and shit. Some were like "hmm, not sure" others were like "bobcat will rip a dog to shreds, probably bobcat" and then some guy went "well my pitbull killed a bobcat in like 2 seconds after it jumped down from this tree." and the thread was over IIRC. Then there's also people who say "Hmm, 2 pitbulls vs a lion? Pitbulls are pretty tough, I saw a pitbull kill a mule once on YouTube. I don't think a lion could deal with both attacking from all sides, pitbulls are nasty customers." etc. etc. Happens whenever some "dog vs XYZ" thread, it is usually a pitbull fighting some wild animal. Sometimes pretty weird too, like "pitbull vs raccoon" or whatever. Or "could a pit take a yote". Sometimes hound guys will go "how would dog X go over a coyote? I need a kill dog so who wins the fight." Both are equally dumb but the latter's head is in the right place. |

8Avian8 just favored an ocelot over an SBT. Him and AE are gonna stick together on carnivora.
If he rears his head on Bestiary and says anything like that I'm going to make a bloody mess of the kid which I intended to do before he decided to call a ceasefire and leave. Winter break couldn't come sooner. Lol

That's kind of f'd up..... Is what I would say if I didn't suspect AA of spinning tall tales. I don't actually have any problems with him. His life just seems to be too interesting to be real. He claims to have handled caracals, wrestled ostriches, and now he pulled a raging pit bull off his doberman? IIRC on the old carnivora, he once claimed to have hunted all the feral cats in his area. There were a bunch of other claims too, but I can't recall them off the top of my head. |

Lol, wouldn't surprise me, but also I find that wildlife-involved guys occasionally end up hating pitbulls or sometimes just all dogs. They destroy their precious wildlife they grew up on. They view some caracal in the forest getting killed by someone's dog the same way I would view my dog getting butchered to death by wolves. I mean I would feel bad for the Doberman but I'd feel worse for the pitbull punished for attacking it, and I'd love the reaction on AA's face. Dobermans are completely garbage, unfathomably bad, they shouldn't be a thing anyway. Of course, as a living thing and a dog they deserve the right to not get mauled to death while people are watching by a pitbull but AA doesn't deserve a dog that's alive anymore if they're going to talk shit like a fag afterwards. Saying that as someone who's dog was attacked by a pitbull, posted the pics on this board a while back. |

Even if you think a puma killed those dogs, considering that pumas can skull bite larger wolves, why can't a ocelot skull bite a larger staffy?" Lol |

I agree with Hardcastle's ranking of the current members but he has to drop Mojave a few places. Mojave started out at Domain of the Bears before coming to Carnivora; he just joined the place in order to argue that a Siberian tiger can kill a polar bear face-to-face, to support his ideas he started posting size comparisons between hilariously upscaled tigers and malnourished/female polar bears to make them close in size. As we clearly didn't jump on that train and stopped his bullshit spreading of misinformation he waited until all of the admins were offline. Like a snake he then spammed the whole forum with pornographic content of homosexual black men, in hindsight this was the most hilarious thing I've ever seen and I can laugh it off now. But I'd still be careful, he has now found a place full with fellow cat fans, however, if everyone turned on him, he'd go back to the roots...

I just thought I saw him say "eh... Nah" to some cat overhyping, that is enough for me to be impressed by a carnivora member. I wasn't necessarily paying attention and like I said in that middle section they kind of blend into one. I really don't notice mediocre people. People will be like "what about lightning" and I'll be like "huh? Is he new?" And then they'll be like "TF he's been there for 20 years" and I'll be like "I'm sorry, I genuinely didn't notice". I'm kind of there with Mojave. Favouring a tiger over a polar bear is obviously totally unforgivably insane. Posting homosexual black men can only redeem him so much. |
