While I don't mind the dog match-ups (I'm kind of used to them by now), I do think that the leopard is being heavily overused here, I'm aware that it's a good opponent for the dogs, but it almost always ends in 'dog wins' or '50/50' - shouldn't we use other animals like crocodiles, snakes, lizards, birds and other cats? Maybe it's just me though.

I think the reason leopard matchups end in dog wins or 50/50 is because nobody here that disagrees bothers to voice their disagreement. And Hammerhead just takes everything said at face value and doesn't form his own opinions. Leopards ARE a good opponent for dogs, because of the numerous subspecies that we can use to match any given dog breed, that's the sporting zone. Cougars... we already have ''working gripping dog vs cougar'' which can only ever end in the same conclusions being reached. Once we reach jaguar it's pretty much a given that the jaguar wins, and the lynx genus sucks at everything... clouded leopard/ocelot are perhaps both viable options. Yes, those animals are good to use. We should do that.

Yes, that is the smart thing to do. However, there are people who do disagree but are mostly pacifists so just vote on polls. That's fine I guess. Eventually someone will come over and say ''Shut up you monsters! The dog has no chance!'' or whatever.

Sounds like a ''dog pound'' thread, in a fight I'd call mismatch... but I will make it anyways.
