While this GD doesn't look bad, they crossed it with an American bully. I don't get the idea of why using an American when you've got Apbts or mongrels at your disposition.

View AttachmentSo that is the result of GD x american bully? It looks good. Sometimes a "ruined breed" doesn't necessarily mean it crosses bad, and vice versa for good breeds. Ebts, Boxers, English bulldogs, bullmastiff and Irish Wolfhounds are all notorious for crossing exceptionally well despite being shitty ruined kennel club breeds. Good apbts actually have a slight reputation for being disappointing in crosses, with many exceptions, and it might be high expectations at play. I think ebt x greys are usually better than apbt x greys for some reason.

Ok, grey is greyhound, but bull? What bull did you use? Ebt? American bulldog? American Bully? American Staffordshire bull terrier? They never specify and it's kinda scheißig . But for your comparison here's some Ebt x Greyhound. Interestingly some results may be mistaken just for good working Ebts/Gull Terriers. They don't always inherit greyhound frame that much. On the other hand here's some apbt x greyhound Funnily enough this is a Rottweiler x Greyhound

General rule of thumb is "bullgreys" or "bully greys" from Australia are basically always ebt x grey. "Bull lurchers" in the UK are basically always apbt x grey. You might get an apbt x grey in Australia, but they will say that because it is distinctive and different. Likewise for EBT x grey in the UK.
In another country I guess it would be trickier to know, but I feel like they will say the breeding. Exception being argentina, I'm never entirely sure what their crosses are. I tend to assume dogo x galgo espanol if they look like a bull lurcher, but I think often they are probably any kind of bull or staff x english greyhound.
That rott x grey is better than the rest, lol. Funnily enough I have heard rotts cross well.

Young Bully Cattle female, described as a "hard bailer", but also looks like she has been through some battles.

"ch Plumber's Alligator a killer in his day CH Alligator is considered the best big pit dog ever crossed the scratch line and the sire of the great Hammonds' Rufus ROM.,CH ALLEN'S MAG, CH PLUMBER'S EBONY, GR CH SOFIAKIS' TANK (6XW) And many other winners" This big thing (75lbs) put away his opponents so quickly it's debated whether he was truly game or not, people who own dogs off of Alligator swear up and down they're game. I'd be inclined to take their word for it. And only 2 people know where this dog was buried, just throwing that out there. There's soon to be a 3rd. (Which is not me- sadly)
