Whippets would perform better than bull Arabs at that task. Most bull arabs living and working on farms regularly jump fences in action, so do Kelpies and heelers, but yeah staghounds and greyhounds and etc (ie whippets) take to it very readily without much encouragement at all. I could have taken 10 minutes to train mine but they live in a suburban yard contained by fences so training them to jump fences would be counter productive to them being suburban pets. They jump into my truck which is higher than a barbed wire fence but psychologically they don't think to jump fences. Can’t police K9s like GSD and Mal also be trained to jump fences? |

Does it even fucking matter?! How does this relate to the forum? We are talking about animals, ecology, and interspecific conflicts….. not math. There's maths in zoology. Like, a lot of it. The most common subject that you'll work with... is maths. All of the figures and databases of animals that you see all over the internet exists because of maths. Are you a jackass or something? Population research requires statistics for example, but don’t drive Musth away. |
