Wedge tailed eagle rules with an iron fist around here.
White bellied sea eagle is comfortably second.
Powerful owl 3rd.
Gets kind of tricky after that...
Black breasted buzzard, Osprey, little eagle...
They say Gurney's eagles occasionally migrate to Australia, they are pretty legit but I've never seen any and don't really consider them Australian. Papuan eagle would have been nice, but alas papua split from Australia due to rising sea levels 10 000 years ago. If we want to get prehistoric we could talk about the Gaff's Powerful eagle, 3 times the size of a wedge tail... but no, I'm pretty sure it's the 5 I mentioned above in that order.

For me the vultures that camp out on the street probably. Bald eagle is a good pick too.
If we put Mexico in the North America category then harpy eagle crucifies.
