Imo fish is the best meat. I rather eat battered cod and salmon than roasted chicken and a nice juicy steak surprisingly.

1. Beef 2. Chicken 3. Pork 4. Lamb 5. White fish meat (cod et al) 6. Salmon 7. Crustacean 8. Mollusc 9. Venison 10. Trout
All of the above CAN be very good to me, so no shade on any. I don't like goat or rabbit or turkey. Below them would be reptiles and dogs and cats and insects and rats and bats and etc. Fuck that.

I've never had lamb... what does it taste like?

Very fatty, also very flavourful with a distinctive "lamb" taste that can only be described as lamb. I'd almost use the word "gamey" but people who eat real gamey meat would be all shitty and make fun of me. But it is more gamey than beef. Especially the older the sheep gets. I don't like eating just any old shitty cheap lamb. I wouldn't go near a frozen microwave lamb meal or something, that would be mental. I feel the same way about salmon. Like salmon is good, but it HAS to be good salmon cooked right or it's totally fucked. Lamb is the same. I pretty much only like roasted lamb rack (ribs) or slow cooked shank. The rest is practically dog food as far as I'm concerned. "Mutton" is all dog food. Goat is all dog food. Etc.
Beef is good not only because it has the highest dizzying highs but also is always at least "fine". It's versatile and not fickle. Ditto for chicken, it's just dependable and can be good even as cheap junk. Even chicken nuggets from McDonald's are fine. Lamb nuggets from McDonald's would be so gross. Salmon nuggets, heh, yuck. I'm factoring in consistency, but beef wins best vs best as well. Pork fat and pork crackling are good, so is ham and bacon, but just lean pork meat? Very mediocre, and then bad pork, old male pork, is disgusting. So it loses points for consistency. But it's highs are extremely high. Even white fish, can be good if it's like rock cod sea perch, but can also be shit, too unpredictable.

Anybody ever tried alligator meat? I've heard they're considered delicacies in Louisiana and Florida.

Anybody ever tried alligator meat? I've heard they're considered delicacies in Louisiana and Florida. Yep, I go to this place called ''Gators'' here (once every few decades- AKA not often) and get their gator bites every time. Pretty good, one of my favorites. Cajun seasoning goes well with that but eaten plain is also good.

For me, chicken. Then fish and beef are tied Today I had really good chicken. It was the kind where you can just effortlessly tear off the pieces of meat with your hands. One of my favorites for sure.

I am unable to decide between the top three. What about the fourth one? The fourth option seems like it is for vegetarians.

What about the fourth one? The fourth option seems like it is for vegetarians. That's funny in multiple ways.
