Useful and devoted in what way? To the board?
Useful can mean pure intelligence and good posts but not many of them (Undertaker, OldGreenGrolar, Ajay, Methane, Musth) or a lot of posts but a lot of them being just jokes or relatively insignificant (Bolushi, Hardcastle, Ling) and then Lincoln is somewhere in the middle. CoolJohnson is also somewhere in the middle but leaning towards category #1. (That doesn't take away from intelligence or anything)
You'd have to ask the individual how devoted they are.

When Time began there were two kings, High King Hardcastle and his vassal-king King Bolushi. Together with the assistance of their faithful vassal Duke Lincoln they built these lands.
The First Men arrived to do business and produce these lands, chief among them an undercover magician called Wyatt the Wizard along with a super-prominent businessman (presumably from Asia), PumAciyonix Supercat.
Then arrived Prince Ling from Japan, who was given the High-King's daughter in hand to marriage. Hence Prince Ling was given the title of The Prince of Foo, which gave him dominion over the lands to the east.
The Second Men arrived around the same time, and it was they who would till Kings' lands and reap its bountiful harvest.

They are loyal and constantly keep the thread going. Same with oldgreengrolar. In the middle - @ajay, @bison King, theundertaker45 and Methane. me and @ajay had disagreements but hes a productive dude and helps the thread.
